Work Description :
Foxconn Technology is supply for HP product and our main product is ink cartridge.
All product are completed set for retail market for wordwide and our customer is HP in USA, UK, Brazil, Japan and China.
Responsibility :
- First person to ensure the yield of product must have the good quality before ship to customer.
- First person received the market/customer complaint and responsible to investigate the failure of product base on CAPA methadology and pool proving with POKA-YOKE to eliminate the caused problem.
- Conduct customer audit especially for process method and presentation of quality achievement.
- Lead the inspector IPQC and OQC ensure product follow customer specification.
- Provide the training for new operator or inspector or any design changes.
- Verified the IPQC and OQC Check sheet and revised for related section of check sheet.
- Daily meeting with management regarding quality issue internal and external.
- Monthly presentation with HP (incoming, process, and customer issue).

Work Description :
VS Electronics involve in pcb assembly(SMT)/(MI) until board sub assembly and box build.
Parts : Motor Driver, User Interface, Main PCB (sub-component for Vacumm Product)

- Create Quality Standard Inspection QSI for qc guideline, Process Control Plan PCP, Failure Mode Effect Analysis FMEA, RMA Improvement Plan,and Quality Monthly Report.
- New Project NPI : Raw part inspection, process and product buy off base on : Gerber, Drawing,Material Spec, and BOM. Ensure process & product run accordance to the customer specification.
-Chair a weekly meeting regarding RMA status, improvement plan, quality issue for internal & external.
